SLATE issues store credit for items returned in their original condition, within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt. Please keep in mind that if you are sending an item back, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. Returns are not accepted for clearance, markdown, or special order items.
If you receive a damaged product please send us photos and a detailed description within 5 days of receipt so we can assess, file a shipping claim, and find the best solution for you - we will send an exact replacement, if available; send an alternate item; or issue a refund.

If you would prefer to exchange for a different item or items please let us know the exact item you are looking for so we can keep it aside for you while we await your return package! As soon as the returned item is received we will ship out your desired exchange at no additional charge (excludes heavy or oversized items, and we will communicate any exceptions to this as applicable).
